What You’ll Do

• Assist with residential electrical installations and service work
• Learn to read blueprints and understand electrical systems
• Support lead electricians on job sites
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop

Who We’re Looking For

• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Coachable and open to direction and feedback
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Clean driving record required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Basic hand tools required (tool list provided)
• Able to perform physical labor in various job site conditions
