Right Choice Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to take charge of residential electrical projects and help guide a growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled electrician who can run jobs, support apprentices, ensure quality workmanship, and help maintain a strong team culture in the field.

  • Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and leadership ability)
  • 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead residential electrical installations and service work
  • Oversee and guide apprentices and helpers on job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and job specifications
  • Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
  • Coordinate daily job site tasks and workflow
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Journeyman or Lead Electrician (residential preferred)
  • Strong ability to run residential electrical projects
  • Confident in reading blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Ability to lead and support less experienced team members
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
